Components of onion Peeling Machine
1 Automatic Chain Feeding Part, onion output can be adjustableamong 0-300 pcs/min based on production demand, simple design andconvenient to use.
2 onion skin scriber box: there are 6 rollers in the scriber boxabove the equipment.138 scribing blades; they are used to gash theonion skin’s first and second layers.
3 onion systemizing part: the gash onion from the scriber will beplaced on the holder evenly and conformably, to ensure the accuratepositioning and clamping fixture.
4 Automatic Clamping Part: this part is a high-tech rotaryautomatic clamping device, clamping and release the onions inmotion, reliable clamping and clamping efficiency is above 200beats / min.
5 Root Remover Part: this part is used for cutting the onions’ headand root hair, the main working process is using two main bladesthat driven by guiding and positioning bootable disks to cut thehead and root hair of the onion. The boot disks have the ability toidentify and guide the blades running automatically, and adjust thesize of cut onion spacing based on the size of onion. During theroot hair remove procedure; manually adjust the size for cuttingroot hair in advance.
6 Peeling Part: the gash onion without root hair and head will besent to spiral peeling device, this part installed high-pressureair blow nozzle, the first and second onion layers will be peeledduring this spiral part, onion without peel will come out from thedischarge hole.

 Process FlowChart:
Raw material (onion) into the feedinghopper manually —→ automatic chain feeder send onion to skinscriber box —→ gash onion send to onion systemizing part to adjustthe direction, then onion placed by machine to the synchro-belt toensure the evenly distance and proper position  —→ theautomatic fixture clamp the onion and send to the blades to deleteroot hair, then release to the peeling device —→ onion will bepeeled by the spiral working and high-pressure air blow nozzle ,then will be sent to discharge hole. Whole onion peeling processingprocedures are finished.
