1. Description of theautoclave
Autoclaveis the pressure vessel and key equipment in the production ofaerated concrete and autoclaved brick and other industries. It isapplicable for curing the cut body or brick under high temperatureand high pressure. The working medium is saturated water vapor.
The main parts are made by autoclave body, cover, hand-operatedreducer, safe blocking device, support saddle, valve meter etc. Thebody is a principle and cylindrical device made of steel. The coveris made of a whole piece of pressed 16MnR steel board, and theflanges of cover and body adopt a whole piece of forged andprocessed 16Mn steel board, of course, we can change it to a betteraccording to the pressure changes.
The welding lines of pressed components are subjected to heattreatment and strict nondestructive test.
2.Application Scope
Still kettle is an large-sizedand heavy weight pressure vessels, which has been widely used inbuilding material autoclaved curing hydrothermal reaction ofaerated concrete block, concrete pipe pile, lime sand brick,fly ash brick, calcium silicateboard with microporous , new light weight wall material,thermal insulation asbestos board and high strengthgypsum.
Nowadays, still kettle has been widely used in industries ofchemical, medicine, rubber, lumber, gypsum, glass, insulatingmaterials, textile and military project
